Abstract
This study assessed the influence of Catholic Faith on non-Catholic pupils and teachers in Catholic Secondary Schools. The theoretical framework used in this study was the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools (NSBECS). This study used a qualitative case study design. This design was employed to help the researcher gain an insight into whether catholic faith has influence on non-Catholic pupils and teachers in catholic secondary schools. A sample size of 40 participants was selected from the population. The sample size was comprised of 30 non- Catholic pupils and 10 non-Catholic teaching staff from the School were purposively sampled. The study reviewed that Catholic Faith is concerned with evangelisation and Catholic faith creates a community atmosphere which influences non-Catholic pupils and teachers and a mutually deepened faith in them. As such no recommendations were made as the study verified that Catholic faith has influence on non- Catholic pupils and teachers in Catholic Secondary Schools in Zambia.
